Thankful For All Of You

Thanks to all of the subscribers of Lane's Letters

Just wanted to say I’m thankful for all of you who have subscribed to Lane’s Letters. I’m looking forward to continuing to explore the sports world with all of you, as well as the crazy thing we call sports media. This space has provided a place for analysis as well as reflection, and there is plenty more to come as the NBA season rolls on.

I intend to continue to talk about plenty of Lakers here and NBA basketball in general but have a lot to say about the world around us and, particularly, how work-from-home is shifting our culture for better or worse.

For a bit of honesty, it’s been a difficult week for me on a personal level but even so, it feels great to spend this holiday with family in South Carolina, and has given me a moment to find clarity and calm. On this Thanksgiving, I’d encourage you all to enjoy your families and cherish the memories you will make but don’t forget to take a moment for yourself as well.
